Rossall House Quality Bed & Breakfast

Brilliant family break here over the weekend. Everything about the place was 5 star. Breakfast ... plenty of choice with cereals even for my 5 year old granddaughter who has problems with food. Cooked breakfast made to order. Plus toast with different sorts of jam as well as marmalade or honey. Cakes there as well.Rooms comfortable and very clean . Small fridge with bottles of water and chocolate and also crisps for our arrival along with a kettle and tea and coffee. Room service in the evenings for drinks if you want it. We stopped in room 5 which was on the top floor. It had an interconnecting room with bunk beds and a single bed . Perfect for families. Will be back next year thats for sure

We have just arrived home from a two week stay at Rossall House. From the moment we arrived which was our first stay, Andy and Jo were so welcoming.Our first thoughts were WOW!! it is amazing this was even before we were shown our rooms. Our room was perfect and suited our needs. The beds are comfortable. Room was spotless. Breakfast was amazing and Grace was the best toast maker. Our son had his birthday and they had decorated the table with a birthday sign and our room had banner as well. He received a birthday card and sweets, which made his birthday more special. We are going back in a October and booked for next July. We can honestly say this hotel is the best in Blackpool. Jimmy, Tina, Cameron and the two david's

Wow, absolutely, amazing, comfortable, home from home place to stay, Jo & Andy welcome you like old friends, put you at ease before you even get through the door, rooms perfect, everything you need in them, every where is clean, fresh & well presented, breakfast is out of this world, freshly made, all diets catered for, nothing was to much trouble, amazing couple who couldn’t do enough to help with whatever you need, even did a special birthday treat for the hubby, can’t thank them enough for everything they did, would highly recommend to anyone, definitely can’t wait to book our next visit, thank you Andy & Jo see you soon

Leaving today from a 3 night stay here with my partner. Beautiful B&B with lovely owners. Andy and Jo are so friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Our room was lovely clean and breakfast was beautiful. We celebrated my birthday here and was surprised with a lovely card, banners and chocolates. Thank you so much. This is our second time staying with you and we will definitely be back. Take care and we look forward to our next visit.

Faultless experience. Hosts were great. Room was great. Location was 2 mins from a tram stop. The breakfast was perfect and the children were catered for better than anywhere I’ve been. It was my birthday and they made it really special.

We would highly recommend Rossall House! We spent two nights here in the family room with our three children and it was honestly the best two nights sleep we’ve had for a very long time!Very comfortable beds with a nice modern bathroom, a separate bedroom for the children and a great sized Smart TV where we were able to log in to our Netflix and put on a film, whilst enjoying the drinks which were brought up to our room by Jo and Andy during room service hours!The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, couldn’t fault it.Jo and Andy were really lovely and very welcoming. We can’t wait to stay here again next time!
