The staff that work here know nothing about stock they sell not even about gas bottle other time I've gone in ask about other stuff they Don't know ?? They should know this even on the basic stuff ?

I'm a Trespass person, I would shop there for waterproof clothing before going for more popular brands, there clothing is exceptional and frequently on quite a reduction in price with regular sales available, I play golf and I'm more than happy to wear my Trespass badge on my waterproof jacket and trousers than the massively priced Gavin Green outfits, that offer very little difference in quality to my Trespass outfit. Five stars for me.

Used to regularly visit this store and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Today I went to return an item of which I was told I had 28 days to return the item at another store where I purchased them. I went to return the item today only to be told that I couldn’t return the item as it was out of the return period which was 21 days! No good will was shown considering I was told different information at another store and I was only one day over the date. The sales assistant was rude when I told her I was disappointed in their lack of consideration that they themselves had provided me with misinformation. I won’t be shopping here again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. It would cut down waiting times if there was a second till, as returns can take a while and hold other customers up.

Great products but poor experience as a customer. There is no door in the fitting room only curtains and the staff doesn't really pay attention to customers whether someone is in the fitting room or not. When I was changing a man walked on me. I am definitely not coming back to this place where I can not feel safe. Horrifying experience.
