Anthony was excellent I bought an EGO cordless mower and blower. The mower was all set up and he went through how to use it etc.. I would highly recommend you take a look if you're looking for garden equipment.

Guy is fine when you're buying something but God forbid any follow up customer service. Bought a robot mower which initially was good but once some niggles appeared guy did not to know, left several messages emails and no response

An updated review as the store has new management.I took my broken petrol mower in and asked them to fix the problems and give it a service. Anthony said it would take two weeks as they were busy, which was fine with me given how little the lawn was growing given the dry spell.Thirteen days later Anthony called to say it was done. He'd fixed the main problem, tried to address the other problem but said it was not economical to repair (gear box) so they'd adjusted things and hoped it should last 2+ years.They did an excellent job at a very good price. Cutting the lawn is a joy again.

Grumpy and too much trouble to take a booking for a service. apparently they were always going to be really busy. Helped them with that, went to Melrose instead, service with a smile and prompt turnaround too.

Outstanding service; real excellence; great value for money. Nothing too much trouble and great expertise. It is great to deal with someone who knows what they are talking about and quickly delivers without trying to make a fast buck. We have dealt with the lawnmower centre for the last few years (on recommendation from the previous house owner) and our two elderly lawn mowers have been very well looked after by this company. We have now bought another ,moderately priced machine, as recommended by the lawnmower centre because we find the company to be trustworthy and reliable.
