I can't recommend Elizabeth highly enough. She is very warm and friendly which puts you at ease when talking about personal issues. I have learnt so much from here over the weeks to help me deal with my problems. I have come out the other side feeling mentally stronger and a more confident person.If you are unsure whether therapy is right for you, give it a try! It's changed my life for the better and that is down to the help and advice I got from Elizabeth.
