Absolutely immense customer experience. I needed to get a tyre swapped on the day, plenty of places couldn't help, Conor said head down in 30 mins. Everyone was super helpful, friendly and went the extra mile. Would recommend and will be coming back in the future, thank you.

I cannot recommend SPT enough. They can absolutely transform the handling of a car that others just don’t have the ability to do. 1/2 an hour on my BMW F10 is back to feeling planted and tracking perfectly. If I could give more stars I would!

I brought my Tesla Model 3 here for its first MOT, I was a little apprehensive as I had heard some horror stories of garages not knowing how to test Tesla's, jack them up etc etc. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were very aware of how to test the car. I was aware 2 new tyres would shortly be needed as I had measured the tread on them prior to the MOT and they reported accurate measurements of the tread depth, something that a number of tyre places will often exaggerate or sometimes even flat out lie to sell tyres. As a result I booked the car in the following day to have two new front tyres and a wheel alignment. I also asked it was possible to rotate the rear tyres to the front of the vehicle to ensure the newest tyres were on the rear which they did for free and also rebalanced them in the process. The wheel alignment was excellent and I didn't realise just how bad my alignment was until I drove it afterwards as it feels like a different car. I can't recommend this garage highly enough, it was a simple experience and appears to be run in a very honest fashion. Thank you for the positive customer experience. Colin on the counter was particularly helpful and friendly.

If I could give minus stars, I would. My Dad took his car here for an MOT. He has used these multiple times for his tyres, as have I so we thought they would be reliable. They wouldn't even put his car on the emissions machine, they said it would break it. Told him the cost of fixing his car would be £1500 and told him to get it scrapped. He took the car to a different garage to get a second opinion. They re-done the MOT for him and the only advisory was 'Nearside Front Lower Suspension arm ball joint has slight play'. We WILL NOT be using this garage in future and will be advising other people to go elsewhere too, as they are clearly untrustworthy. They caused my parents a lot of stress!

I had rear brake pads and discs fitted on my Lexus. They were able to offer an appointment the next day. It was completed on time. Colin at the counter, showed me what was needed to be done so I was reassured that the new discs were necessary. Very professional and trustworthy.

Colin and his team are superb when it comes to brakes , tyres etc . Have been a few times with new and old car also my wife’s car ( she’s a community nurse and always in it ) always found helpful and have no issues recommending.

Have been coming here for years. The guys are honest and if they can repair your tyre they will. They warned me about three dents on n my alloy and recommended a repairer as they couldn't.

Great service. I had a slow puncture and they were happy for me to turn up any time. I got there at 4pm and they had me sorted in an hour, despite large numbers of walk in clients. Friendly, polite staff and problem sorted for £30. I'll happily go back for further work.
