Great bargains. Just wish staff were a little nicer and happier on the tills. Rude and abrupt at times!! Chuck your shopping down the till. I worked for Waitrose for 16 years we would never serve customers this way. A smile and politeness goes a long long way.

Decent modern store in the heart of the town centre. Parking is a bit of a distance from the shop so if you buy a lot make sure you are physically fit, have some assistance or get Iceland to deliver. Prices are good, service average.

Staff in this place make me want to not shop there never come across a more unhelpful, hostile and miserable bunch of people. Smile and a hello goes a very long way. But what you get there is no communication just thrown goods down the checkout whilst receiving a hostile look. Worst staffed shop in whole of Bury St Edmunds.

As I went to checkout, I was appalled by the way I was spoken to. The lady with the red hair was very happy speaking to the people in front but as soon as it came to me, I was met with a hostile look and general rudeness.

It's a decent size Iceland and always fully stocked with no empty shelves. But the staff rotas need some serious work, there's always long queues especially when that one customer needs home delivery. This store would benefit from some self service tills for those that want to dash in grab bits and get home. You're also going to need a bigger freezer now as Iceland themselves seem to have changed most of their products to multi-buy if you want them at their 'cheaper' price because their standalone price have been hiked right up!

Make sure items go through the tills at what they are advertised at as ive been overcharged 3 weeks on the trot. Did get a refund onlyas i noticed . I have tried customer services but was on hold so long I've emailed the CEO instead. Cashier was very helpful but management need a retraining course.
