My only regret is that I didn't request Hunters to sell my own property. The service I received when purchasing a property with Hunters was really good. They were very thorough and communicated my queries with the seller, returning feedback efficiently. Joanne was especially helpful and went above and beyond her job to help me as a customer. Her warmly voice on the phone says it all. So caring.

Excellent service from start to finish. We were mainly dealing with Joanne who was amazing- couldn’t do enough to help us! They were accessible, constantly kept up informed of any updates and made selling our house as stress free as it could possibly be, whilst getting us a great price for it. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Don't like to leave Google reviews but I'm going to make and exception to acknowledge the excellent service we have received from Hunters Estate Agents, Sunderland. I would have no hesitation in using them again and will be recommending them to family and friends - in fact I would not even consider using another agent in the Sunderland area. From valuation right through to completion Hunters demonstrated reassuring competence, deep knowledge and genuine care in managing the process and looking after their customer.Hunters offered great advice throughout the whole process and also help assure us whenever we were concerned that the purchaser's progress was a little slower than we had hoped. They had great knowledge of the local market and marketed the property very quickly and professionally. We received multiple offers and they thoroughly investigated the financial status and readiness of the potential purchasers enabling us to choose a vendor with whom we’ve just completed without any issue.I'd particularly like to praise Joanne, the Sunderland Branch Manager, who was our main contact throughout the process. Joanne, on multiple occasions made the sale process easier for us by proactively dealing with the Solicitor - without even needing to be asked!If you are looking to sell a property in the Sunderland area I strongly recommend you consider using Hunters. We recently sold our house through Hunters in Fulwell ,and we received excellent service from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough.When we bought originally we were struck how good and attentive Hunters in Fulwell were, so when we wanted to sell we were only ever going to use Hunters having experienced their service from a buyers' perspective.They did not disappoint throughout the whole (very long) transaction. We were given updates regularly, phone calls were returned and there was nothing too much trouble. Joanne was particularly helpful all the way through. Estate agents sometimes have a bad reputation, but I really believe that Hunters buck the trend!

From start to finish, Hunters were exceptional with providing us with information, keeping us up to date and generally being lovely people to deal with. We knew even before Hunters came out to value our house that we wanted to go with them due to their presence on social media and the reviews that they had received in the past but after meeting the team, it just cemented what we had read. Hunters were the company I bought this house from originally, when it came to sell it I went to them as my first choice. They are professional, knowledgeable and made everything simple to understand. Because I was working away Hunters also supervised the viewing at my unoccupied house and I was favourably impressed as I am a private person and do not like anyone coming into the house when I am gone.

After an unpleasant experience with a local agent 3 years ago, we chose hunters to sell our property which completed this week and would highly recommend. From the day of the valuation to the day of completion all the staff were professional,friendly and responsive. The sale took.a long time to go through however JOanne chased it up every step of the way tirelessly going between solicitors to get the job done. Not once when I called did they not hGet back to me even ifF there was nothing changed.Would def recommend Hunters and all the staff who worked there they got the full asking price for my mam and dad who are extremely grateful and as I am making my life easier by taking everything out of my hands.Thankyou all
