Needed a Dermal removing, got a quick appointment, great customer service over phone. On arrival was greeted and had a discussion of what needed doing, very professional, kept me calm , thank you ❤️

First time visiting, I was very nervous as i struggle meeting new people. I was met by a lovely gentleman on reception who made me feel comfortable.However Nel i think her name was, very rude. Needs to learn how to smile and have a better attitude whilst dealing with people. I had multiple piercings & jewellery I wanted to discuss & book in for but I will be taking my custom elsewhere. A shame being local to me with everything I was looking for.

Very hygienic and clean, felt really reassured and informed about what would happen and what I'd need to do afterwards (especially as I had two different piercings as my first ever ones). Very friendly and I would definitely come back here.

Booked an appointment at short notice for a rook piercing.Nelly was fantastic from start to finish, very welcoming and calming and gave a clear run through of the process.All of the premises was clean and she changed gloves when needed. 10/10

Booked in online. Dead easy.Very clean and professional, our tween got her ears pierced for the first time.Instructions in cleaning and aftercare really understandable for her.Care was taken on placement, and making her feel safe.I couldn't recommend Silver Linings high enough.

Nellie was brilliant! Very stress free and enjoyable experience. Would recommend this as the top piercing place to go .Also the guy on the desk ( sorry cant remember name ) with the blue hair was especially helpful .

Been coming here for a good few years and it’s always been a first class service! I have had all sorts of piercings, 30 piercings and counting! Different ear ones and a few dermals. Any issues have always been resolved and advise is always given. Most recent encounter was a big jewellery change; the customer service and communication was amazing. Special mention to Carlene, Nell and Les. All have been so lovely over the years, high level of professionalism, hygienic and friendly. My only problem is that you don’t have a shop in Bradford! Would rate this place a 10/10, wouldn’t get my piercings by anyone else!
