If you don't go ahead with tyre repair or exchange they will charge you £10 for taking tyre of. Highly recommended if you have too much money. Shocking service.Thank you for your reply however it would be much appreciated to inform customer before you even start any work about charges. You didn't even need to take off the wheel as had been already done.

Please, please avoid this unscrupulous tyre service at all costs. We’re a nice and honest family. Earlier this evening I took my car to National Tyres to have a puncture repair prior to taking my soon to hospital for his Chemo treatment in the Royal Hallamshire in Sheffield tomorrow morning. It was a slow puncture in a Pirelli tyre we bought new around 8 months ago. National tyres told me at 5:15pm that they were closing at 6pm and even though the forecourt was empty they said they didn’t have enough time to do a puncture repair. They recommended me to take my car to South Yorkshire tyres on Beckett Rd and ask for ‘Rowey’. As I felt both nervous and insecure about driving my unwell son to hospital in Sheffield with an unsafe tyre with a puncture and it was late in the evening I took my car to South Yorkshire tyres which was a massive mistake. I knew we had a screw in the centre of the main tread (nowhere near the tyre sidewall). They tried to tell me the tyre had another hole in the sidewall and it couldn’t be repaired but on examination in the dark there was no other such hole and they couldn’t whisk the tyre away quickly enough from me. They recommended a new tyre as the only alternative. Rather than argue in the rain I decided to buy a new tyre. They offered me a new Michelin tyre for £75. I agreed. When I got home I examined the tyre and I found it wasn’t new at all and was a worn budget tyre. They deliberately wet the tyre so I wouldn’t recognise it in the dark. They also tried to tell me my front nearide tyre was dangerous. It was renewed less than a year ago. It did need air which I’ve subsequently addressed but it wasn’t defective or worn in any way. The owner/manager is a complete con artist/criminal at best and deserves being found out. They’ve met their match in me as I’m not going to give up on the exploitation of good honest hard working people by these cowboys. I’m going to take this issue up with the Trading Standards Agency, HMRC as they only take cash and the Police. I’’m fighting to rid this country of dishonest con artists like this preying and taking advantage of nice innocent people. Avoid this place at all costs.

Alright place to go, had 2 tyers fitted but had a few issues which couldnt be sorted until they had replacements in stock. The owner kept me well updated as they got a delivery in. Only a small garage but the honesty and trustworthiness makes this tyre company one I WILL go back to.Thanks guys and see you soon!!

Thank you for sorting us two Michelin tyres for our Kia Sportage. The staff were really helpful and friendly the tyres were reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
