Mark and Micheal have recently installed a new combi boiler and new gas main for us in our home. Good communication from start to finish , polite, tidy and the work completed to a high standard. We will be using Mark in the future to service the boiler and would recommend his services to others.

Mark & his team are brilliant. they were punctual & very professional. they fitted my new boiler today very efficiently & explained how to use the heating app too which was great. They took the old boiler away and left the area clean and tidy.. excellent work i would highly recommend them

Was recommended Mark for a boiler service. Customer manner was superb and the service was reasonably priced. During a recent period of cold weather an error code on our boiler appeared, caused it to shut off. Mark kindly squeezed us in during (arguably) his busiest time, minimising our time without heating and hot water. Great after care, and would recommend to anyone.

MAC heating services were recommended to us after we had 2 previous heating engineers look at our very noisy boiler and was quoted 1k for a new part. Mark got straight to the root of the problem and we are now nice and warm and no noise. I would highly recommend MAC heating and will definitely be using him again if we have any future problems.

Mark and his team came round today and fitted a new combi boiler, very professional and got the job done by 4pm. Mark kept in touch throughout and kept us updated on the progress of the job. He went through the boiler/thermostat manual with us and made it easy to operate. Very impressed with the team and will use them again and are highly recommend

He arrived on the time he said talked me through his working on the boiler plus giving expert advice and future recommendations without putting pressure on you, worked to a very clean standard. A very professional company. Prompt with the quote, and the best price of three that were invited to quote.Very thoughtful and thinks outside the box to give you the best price.The fitting was actually earlier than the date originally given, and the fitter was exemplary.. Quick but not hurried, efficient and cleaned up as he went along.I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars, I only wish I could give more.

Mark has been our engineer for a few years after being recommended by a work colleague. He is 100% reliable, superb service, and cleans up afterwards (which is important to me). His follow up servicing is also 100%. Highly recommend him to anyone.
