Never us this company!Paid £88..... delivery arrived 2 days late with only half the delivery in the box. Frozen food had already defrosted and the box and some contents were broken.Refused delivery and tried to contact company to sort issue out as I urgently needed the food.After over a week of unanswered phone calls and emails I have given up.Dinner party ruined and £88 lost!I WOULD STRONGLY ADVICE AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY!

We ordered chinese grocery here several times and all of them have arrived on time with very good package. It is convenient to order some heavy products, like rice, drinks and other chinese seasonings online and just wait at home, and the price is lower than my local supermarkets. Recommend it to people who love chinese food.

When I called the company regard to the order issue, the staff just cut off the call and didn’t want to do anything about their mistakes. Then i sent an email to their company, the staff repli d claimed that he will ask someone to contact me to solve the problem within 24 hours, but never heard anything back since. Never buy anything from bestplus anymore!

Really bad control of stock. Found out that an expensive pack of snack £9.99 was expired 2 months ago!!! Avoid this place if you can.

Worst customer service ever, the partially refund my order due to deliver incident and took a month to refund it, my money was hold for a month without any goods, no one ever reply to the email, when you called them they will ask you to send them an email because of their procedure but no body bother to ever reply you! Good luck ordering with them!
