Scott Fraser Letting & Estate Agents - Summertown

I have rented a parking space in central Oxford and paid for the whole year. Boris Bobev couldn't sort the parking permit in time and I had multiple parking tickets I am forced to pay. Furthermore I needed to renew the permit and I am waiting for nearly 3 months for it. I am defauded and will be applying for regulatory bodies to put official complaints for their licences. A total disgrace on Scott Fraser's account. Return my payments as I am not able to use my rented space.

Patrick and Richard were wonderful. Always available to offer advice and support and very helpful. A personal service. They were supported by Athol Whitmore who helped me by clearing out my mother's house, selling things and making sure the house looked good for viewings. A great package.

From closing the office without warning a few hours early after you make a 2hr trip from Sheffield to pick up keys, to rude staff.After 3 years being a tenant with Scott Fraser, I don't know why I am still surprised with such poor service. I am currently looking for a new place to live since my landlord is selling. Every other estate agent I have contacted has always got back to me.Most recent interaction with Scott Fraser:aJuly 12th - I first asked about the property and discussed rent pcm.July 14th - I asked for an update, no response.July 17th - I called asking for an update - I left a message as no one was there.July 18th - I again called and was told by a female colleague that she was covering as the manager was now on annual leave. She said she did not have any information if the landlord had been given my offer.July 19th - I was emailed with an application form to complete. I had wrongly assumed, since a week had passed, that my offer was being given to the landlord. This was not the case. I completed and sent the form back the same day.July 20th - I emailed to ask when I could expect to head back.July 21st - I was told Scott Fraser were unable to open the file I had sent. I replied back on the same day with another copy.July 25th - I asked for an update. No response.July 26th - I asked if there was an update. No response.
