This place used to be excellent when Calvin was there but I make a point of not going here now as the guy who runs it these days is rude, and unhelpful. Furthermore, it costs the same to get a iphone screen replaced in Canada Water, London even with the train fare!

Had my phone screen replaced here. My phone is not one widely available in the UK but they tracked down the right parts and kept me informed of their arrival so I could bring my phone back in for repair.All in all was without my phone for about an hour - and now it's like new again (with appropriate protection for my screen added!) Good job all round.

Abysmal. Repair lasted two months, poorly executed in the first place which then caused phone screen to detach from phone through no fault of mine. When taken in to shop, was then informed I would have to pay again for more repairs, by the same person who had failed to repair it properly in the first place!! Not only this but was then informed I would be unable to return the phone to Apple for repairs as the screen they had used for repair would be voided by Apple! Avoid this place and just to take to Apple in the first place which is what I wish I had done.

Great value for money. Would recommend to all my mates. Had my iPhone XR screen smashed and with intermittent problems with charging. Got the screen and charging port repaired within an hour. The phone is as good as new now.

Horrendous! Sent an IPhone 8+ for screen repair, during the repair, they damaged the home button flex (non-repairable). The only option is to replace the entire phone or accept the home button will no longer work. Take the time and visit iSmash, professional service in Guildford. Use MOMAX at your peril, I can only say you’d almost certainly be trading 1 problem for another.

Paid £40 to replace camera lens covers on iPhone 13. Used SERIOUSLY sub standard replacement glass, any pressure applied whatsoever (even just a light finger touch) broke the glass again! I am aware having checked that you can but very cheap lens cover replacements but the cheaper they are, the flimsier they are. I’d rather pay for quality parts/service and thought I had!! Waste of £40. I’m going to feed this back to the store today and will see how they deal with this CS issue. Will update.5/6 Update: Kalvin (mgr) agreed to replace. Letting me know when he has stock of a better standard of lens glass. Will update.

Dealing with Calvin and the team at iMOMAX is brilliant. So helpful, always fix the issue and great value. Would recommend them to anyone with phone or I pad issues. Awesome!

Took ages to do. Communication was poor and they were rude. Then lost my sim tray so still couldn't use phone. Overall took 3.5 weeks to replace a screen. Didn't even have a card reader

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! They are a complete scam. Took my husband’s phone in for repair. 3-4 weeks later and after having to chase them multiple times it was finally ready. Went to pay and they don’t have a card machine! Even stall holders in a market have a card machine! They only accept cash or bank transfer. It cost £90. When I went on my banking app and entered the details they provided they didn’t match and my bank warned me that it was a scam but the man told me to proceed anyway. To top it all off when my husband went to collect the phone they had lost the SIM card tray and he had to leave without the phone. Super super dodgy place and people who run it. Don’t touch it with a barge pole!
