I've been coming to this Timpson for around 5 years now, especially after I discovered the gentleman running it is also called Andrew Dickens! Over the years I've had loads of keys cut, watches repaired and loads of shoes repaired which has saved me loads of money and of course is much better than throwing things away. Andrew is always courteous, professional and his work is absolutely spot on. Highly reccommended in all regards.

Took my trainers to repair some material that was starting to come away - the man used glue and didn't charge me a penny - they were ready the next day. Very grateful - great service

I have never had such amazing service. Interview tomorrow, change of decision on shoes to wear, obviously ones that needing fixing (last minute dot com). The manager was beyond exceptional in helping me sort the problem within less than an hour. I can’t thank him enough for being so brilliant

Took a pair of boots to be glued. Really friendly, efficient service, done whilst I did my shopping. I returned, boots repaired to a high standard and he wouldn't accept a payment as it was only a small job. I have been to the same Timpsons several times for key cutting and shoe repair over the years and would highly recommend it.

Brought my Dad's belt in for some holes to be added, and this was done quickly, efficiently and best of all, free of charge! Thanks so much! Will definitely come back should I need keys cutting, or any shoe repairs. Great service.
