I work here, it's awesome!

This place is horrible to work for! The publishing editors are treated as drones, with the work extremely repetitive and dull. The line managers are completely incompetent and push for a high number of papers to be accepted to bolster revenue, at the expense of scientific quality. Editors usually only get promoted if they're friends with the right people.There's also a blanket ban on the use of Iranian referees despite sanctions applying only to a few Iranian universities. The policy is deeply unfair and down to the laziness of the policy makers.Seriously don't recommend anyone to work here!
