Amazing Tyre Garage. Really happy with the services I was provided and with the workers there who are always willing to help and answer any questions you have. They also do rim refurbs which look amazing. Saw as the manager was doing a set whilst I was waiting. Top guys, Top Service! big thumbs up from me!

They damaged my steering wheel alignment and the tracking on my 2 front wheels when fixing my air con. Would have been fine if they took responsibility and fixed it but they were trying to tell me that I’m making it up because “I’m a woman”. They claimed they never touched the steering wheel. It was straight when I left it with them and wonky when I got it back so clearly they did. I took the car to multiple other mechanics to get it looked at and had an alignment check at Kwik Fit done - the computerised machine confirmed that they ruined my front wheel tracking. It was pulling to the right yet they tried to say the day before that I’m making it up??? I was right. Cost me a further £70 to get that fixed which I should invoice them for since it’s their fault. And I still need to go get my wheel straightened out because they damaged that too and it’s clearly visible so it will cost me even more money. I wouldn’t even mind if they owned up to it and fixed it. But trying to tell me I’m lying when I have proof that I’m right is beyond disrespectful. At least they did fix the air con, just wish they wouldn’t damage multiple other stuff in the process. I was going to go back to get body work done but after how I was treated I’m never going back there again. I would suggest for anyone working with them to take a lot of pictures of your car before you give it in so you have proof that it was not like that before as they will try to tell you that you “hit a pot hole”. What pot hole when it was fine before it went in and not fine as soon as it came out? At least own up to it and fix it. Or pay for someone more knowledgeable to fix it. Also they don’t give receipts so you can’t even sue them for the damages as you don’t have physical evidence that they carried out any work. It’s all very shady.

Had a puncture so phoned to see if they could put a new tyre on, chap said yes come down.As it was he managed to repair it at a fraction of the cost, bonus!Top service, from phone call to repair only 20 minutes.

Very very unprofessional avoid at all cost, they will tell you something and do something else. Do not trust them I will never ever go back to them.

Just a valve replacement, but really needed it mended in a hurry. Great friendly service at a good price.

Really quick, easy and friendly. Managed to find a tiny tiny hole on my tyre and fixed it for a very low price

I had a screw in my tyre, slow puncture. The guy here fixed it in about 2 minutes without even jacking the car. Amazing!

I had a tyre valve replaced this morning (31/5/2020). The guy who did the work was really polite, helpful and friendly. On top of that he checked all of the tyres pressure without me asking for it. I was charged what I considered to be an honest and fair price and was more than happy to give the guy an extra £5 for him to have a drink on me. Thanks for the great service and you have gained a new costumer.
