Brilliant secure place for our caravan. Friendly staff and always on site to help if needed. Would recommend.

It's very basic. The grass is long and not mowed frequently. In the wet weather its muddy with huge ruts. Its just a huge unkept field with an electric gated front. The key fob gate is constantly broken in one way or another. There are no hard standing pads..no lighting..no water. So you literally pay to sit your caravan amongst dozens more and amongst old cars on trailers and old broken caravans for £600 a year. But needs must if you don't have a drive at home

Fantastic place to store your caravan, staff very friendly, we just had few days staying on site and was great kids loved playing and looking at the horses and donkeys there, definitely stay again

Returned to Charity Farm to collect the motorhome March, battery was.flat and it was clear our plans for the day were scuppered. Quick message to Jenny and her team turned into super heroes. Within 10 minutes we were jump packed back to life.We hadn't reverse parked in (not listening to instructions and clearly we were in a bit of bother (self inflicted). Jenny and her team again turned into superheroes, tractor out and safely pulled to safety. Everybody was so quick to respond and next time we will park better. Very happy with the responsive nature of all and prompt support to assist.

5 stars from me. I kept my caravan here and I can honestly recommend it. Very secure place, with a lot of help in case of any technical and maintenance problems: and also with great open beautiful field for weekends stay for members with great price per night.Very nice and flexible owner!

Great secure storage facility that we used for our motorhome for a year. Staff are friendly and helpful and the rates are very competitive. Access via key fob and great location to motorways. We found a more convenient storage facility for us closer to home, so no longer use it, but happy to recommend it to others.

This is caravan storage facility that is safe and very secure .Friendly and helpful site owners ....prices are very reasonable ...I just wish it was nearer to me ...

I’ve used this business for the last couple of years to store my caravan. I’ve had absolutely no issues with storing it here. Security is brilliant, staff are super friendly and have no concerns leaving the caravan. The new renewal process the owners have implemented is super easy to use. Highly recommend to anyone looking for caravan storage and prices are very reasonable.

Well after 3yrs of storage I’ve found something better, hard standing no 3foot high grass. The access into the farm is poorly maintained the road,to the storage field is like something from a topgear special. From day one Jenny said the road s on site would be improved (not yet) when I moved my van out it was such a relief. This is my second caravan the first I stored there got mice in and when I went to trade it in they told me it was worthless. So after losing what was a £4000 trade in. We decided that the £25,000 replacement needed better storage. Sorry for the bad review but when people say they are going to do something you expect them to do it. Yes I’m lucky I’ve got a 4x4 and never got stuck

I really wanted to leave a better review but I just couldn't.I was aware that the storage was grass but there had been no upkeep to the grass or access in the 18 moths I was there. Because of this, getting the caravan in and out was becoming harder and harder due to the pot holes along the road, the holes in the mud and the gate only working when it wants to even though you're charged for a fob which isn't refundable and even that took 10 months to get!!I did offer to move my caravan to allow them to cut the grass but was told I'd have to pay £10 to park it on the main field.Anthony is a God send though and he's been more than helpful but the lack of any visible maintenance has meant that I've moved on and am now on a hardstanding site for the same rate. It's a shame but the price didn't reflect or justify my custom.
