Honestly, flicking through the five star reviews I would’ve thought i’d receive the best of the best. The customer service was shockingly bad from both the man & women. The nails are not the best quality, they just sometimes stop listening to you and freestyle a poor set of acrylics. Once unsatisfied I was told, as it’s irreversible, I’d just have to pay and leave. The shop is always empty as I walk by which says a lot. No stars If I could. My advice is to avoid this place and visit the other nail shop a couple stores down. It’s called Alluring nails.

I have been coming here for years and never had any issues. Even today, all staff was very friendly towards me. I had a broken nail, they seemed busy however I was seen within 5 mins and fixed it straight away. Thank you for you're service. Will definitely come back next week for gel on my toes. This will always be my number 1 nail shop!!

The lady with the black hat is very rude. She refused to do my nails because I normally prefer the man to do it. So she shooed me away and was very rude verbally. I have been going to this nail shop for over a year but I will no longer be returning

Really nice place, the lady was really quick, and friendly.I gave her white paper for the color, i actually love the color that she choose for me. I get a lot of compliment for my nails, and i love all of themhighly y raccomand this shop.

Got to the shop and waited for over 20mins and no one has addressed me or greeted me or even asked me what I wanted. They’ve looked at me and ignored me. And the shop wasn’t even busy! There were 3people getting their nails done who had almost finished and one waiting. Awful customer service. Had to leave and go somewhere else. DO NOT COME HERE

Awful service and experience overall….worst pedicure I ever had .Cuticles left here and there , the gunk between skin and nails not removed, uneven toenails and when I ask her to fix them she replied that is my mom’s fault for having different toenail shape …thick and dry nail polish…I’ve asked for half of the money back as I got extremely frustrated seeing that and i was refused, asked for a receipt and also refused…I was ignored when complaining and said that the manager is off for that day…and she accepted to remove the nail polish and cut for the second time the cuticles …Save your money and avoid that places , I felt robbed:((

absolutely awful. I have been twice. First the lady took my shellec off but also removed almost all the thickness of my actual nail. so when my nail grew it was paper thin and would just break. Second time the guy did a manicure/pedicure like he was in a race - the most uncomfortable and horrible experience which also led to my nails chipping the very next morning despite not having done much. They really should get better technique and better polish.

I was not impressed with the quality. If I try harder I can do this job myself at the same level. The nails are done okay but I had better service at cheaper price. Besides, I did not notice that they desinfect tools after previous use. I don't want to pick up some fungi infection after someone.
