We love Channel View and been staying here every year for over 50 years my grand parents also stayed here when it was a railway carriage it has so many memories for us and at the same time has always been a comfortable and an amazing location to stay for sea lovers including all the lovely village shops just up the Road fresh fish, bakery, butchers Tescos and coop. My dogs love it too as they can run for miles on the beach !!

A comfortable property in pleasant and quiet surroundings with a short walk to the local Ship Inn and the nearby harbour. Excellent level walks each way along the coast.

A very efficient service & Dan very helpful & flexible. Accommodation was lovely, very comfortable, clean & bed very comfy with good quality bedding & towels. Lots of helpful info and about the area itself.

Excellent facilities, very comfortable flayt. Very good kitchen. Bognor is a great place to use as a base for interesting days out. Train services very good. Victoria chippy is lovely.

We enjoyed the most wonderful 4-day stay! We traveled in from the US to attend The Goodwood Festival of Speed and this lovely apartment was the beautiful, sweet, peaceful respite we needed after a busy day at the event! The town of East Wittering is simply charming and an easy place to wind down at the end of the day. Thank you, thank you!

We booked this place last minute after having a bad experience with another air B and B.The host was very quick to reply . The place is absolutely Beautiful as it looks in the picture, immaculate and a fab destination. We actually stayed longer because we loved it that much .Everything in the doorstep shops restaurant etc , perfect and the beach is a stones throw away .We are already planning on coming back !!Thank you Fresh air holidays!!!!

Staff were super prompt and helpful, and the Guest Info emails/links sent after making a booking are brilliant, with lots of info about your holiday home and the local area.Would definitely recommend and will definitely book with Fresh Air again. Absolutely incredible property with everything you could possibly need. The open plan rooms and perfect for kids and the play room was fantastic. Beautiful hot tub also in an incredible garden. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Brilliant communication from hosts also. They kindly let us check in early and leave late. This is our second time staying in one of their properties, and we will certainly be using them again.
