I have never worked for such a great close family business like this one . From the very first day i started everyone took me under their wing and looked after me and being new in care meant so much . If I have ever had a problem the owners door is always open and I have grown in my confidence and absolutely love working here . I have been here a year now and cant believe how fast it has flown and hope to work here for many years to come .

As a current employee of seven steps support ltd I would rate them a 5* service and a 5* company to work for. The care is exceptional and the support from management is also on par. Would highly recommend all services.

Could not be anymore grateful then I feel right now working for this company. Every single day is an amazing adventure with all our wonderful service users. I wake up excited to go to work which not many people can say! Seven steps is a family, and the most wonderful family I could wish for. Before using the restbite here, make sure they will look after your relative if there's an accident, and not just stick them in a ambulance or drop them outside a&e because they are not commissioned to go with them or so they say
