Diamond provided a excellent service for myself catered to my individual needs. The cleaners and Justine were always very polite and friendly and I was happy to have them in my home. Thankyou Diamond!

I have used Diamond Home Support on Several occasion with different cleaners for my mother.I have always found them very professional, reliable and trustworthy.My mother is unable to clean now due to her health and she has always been impressed that Diamond has provided the high standards that she has been used to.Justine has always coordinated our requirements very well and ensured that a suitable cleaner is available to suit our needs. I would recommend Diamond if you have any cleaning requirements.

We booked a session in advance with this company for a birthday party but Justine Malik cancelled it without any logical reason. She cancelled it half an hour after my booking time and sent me a rude text message that they can not provide the service today, and I need to book another date!!I am really disappointed and believe they do absolute dodgy service and waste the client's time. Avoid this office!

Outstanding service all round. They did a pre visit too, to ensure that there quote was accurate. Their friendly, efficient team left a sparkling clean home - thank you!

Cleaner was on time, thorougher and friendly. Whole experience was pleasant as I have recently had surgery and have been unable to do my normal cleaning. Justine was was really helpful and accommodating to my OCD ways. Highly recommend!!

Especially helpful on last the last Occassion in helping us find a carpet cleaner as well for our end of lease clean.

We approached Diamond for a regular and reliable service as we have moved recently to Solihull. They have been very professional and understanding with u s to set a trustworthy and bespoke cleaning schedule. I can say, we have a pice of mind now as I know Diamond will take care of everything if it comes to the matter of handling any related challenges. They are very responsive and understand their customer’s needs.

I used Diamond Home Support - and the amazing Lucy - before moving away from Kings Heath in Birmingham this month (August 2021).Both Justine and Lucy were incredibly professional in the setting up of the contracted hours and then flexing if necessary.Whilst I have indicated that I had a standard clean from Lucy, it was anything but in reality and I was in awe of what she was able to achieve in her fortnightly visits of 3 hours - virtually a whole house deep clean.I'm really 'picky' about bathrooms and my partner kitchens: Lucy's work consistently exceeded expectations. I particularly liked the fact that she used different cloths for different rooms - I've not had this experience with other companies I've used in the past - and picked up on things that I would never notice. She also gave advance notice when products were running low and left all the cloths by the washing machine which was my total input. It was a jjoy to almost 'feel' how clean the house was at the end of a session and it smelt beautifully.Lucy also came in on the day of my move and did a clean as rooms were packed up and emptied and worked really well around the removal team.I recommend this company very highly and only wish Lucy could move to Cornwall.Thank you Diamond Home Support!
