Personally, I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Nik, and I would certainly encourage others to seek out her expertise. I think it is important to acknowledge I was sceptical to start with, and not sold on the techniques. That said, the positive impact of working with Nik over several weeks, on my sense of well being, internal happiness, and addressing the challenges I was confronting in life started to become very evident. Not just for me, but importantly for my family to see. I am very grateful for her help.

Working with Nik has had a profound impact on my life at an important crossroads. With her support and guidance I have made big steps letting go of old patterns and realising potential I did not know was there. I was recommended to Nik , by my husband at a particularly difficult time in my life, I was in a very low state but with Niks help I am now able to deal with most things that come my way without difficulty. Following a serie of personal traumas in the last couple of years, on a whim, I turned to Nik. Our first meeting was a couple of days after my birthday, end of June 2020. Nik nurtured me for the 6 weeks after that. Not only she is an incredible adviser, she is a remarkable hypnotherapist. After a lot of hard work, I am definitely on the way to recovery - looking forward to a bright happy life ahead of me. Nik tailored each hypnosis to my weekly needs and moods, always pin-pointing my desires and abilities while explaining everything going on in my own head every step of the way. She always responded in a timely manner to all my emails, and felt available at all times (if I had needed her in addition to our weekly meetings). Nik is a very gentle, knowledgeable, adaptable, accepting, non-judging, on time, professional and friendly hypnotherapist.

I visited Nik for a series of sessions around three years ago, when I was struggling to stay on top of life. I would go as far as to say my sessions with Nik stopped me from spiralling out of control at a time when I really needed it.My hypnotherapy sessions allowed me an opportunity to truly relax, something I wasn't even aware that I hadn't done for years! Feeling so relaxed and at ease with the world gives you a feeling I can't put into words.The NLP has been particularly helpful also. Nik encouraged me into using different methods that I still use today, subconsciously without realising mostly.The difference in myself is immeasurable, and I would recommend anyone to give it a shot, if just for the opportunity to feel truly at peace.To make real life changes it obviously takes some effort on your part, but it's completely worth it and Nik is a great source of support every step of the way.Could not recommend more!
