Do it use !! This company just takes your money and massive commission then delivery is not by the time they say total Robbers customer services is appalling !! seriously never use go direct to the oil suppliers much cheaper and reliable.

Don’t expect a full refund nor any sympathy from this company should you have to cancel your order for any reason. They are rather rude and stand an arrogant stance and demand you pay a £35 cancellation fee plus any transaction fees before they will cancel. As far as the legal distance selling regulations go they seem to think it doesn’t apply to them ! WELL I’m afraid it does and they are breaking the law. My advice is use another company.

Specifically asked for a call the day before to let us know as tank is in the garage. The driver just turned up out of the blue, luckly my son was off school ill so worked out how to let him in a fill up. Wouldnt use again as there are others alot more reliable with the pre call

Do yourself a favour and just pay that little bit more and go with your trusted local provider. Getting sent from pillar to post by various staff members at value oils who say they’ll call you back or have spoken with the delivery depot - it’s just not worth the stress and risk your delivery won’t come in time. They get 2 stars because the one thing they said they’d do which they actually followed through with was refund me my money.

Normally good but very poor service this time.Was informed that the delivery would take place on the last indicated due date, the 19th, but failed to arrive.Was then informed that it would be delivered on the 20th but didn’t arrive until the 25th.

Delivery two days early. Not a problem as hubby was home there should have been a phone call the day before and we left advice for them to call 15 minutes before arrival as we have dogs. No phone call

Always reliable, it often arrives early which suits us fine as one of us is usually in. It's great that they accept Paypal Credit as I can pay it off in 4 instalments with no interest.
