Attended at 5.40pm on a Wednesday evening and it was already closed - even though website information and sign on the shop front says open until 6pm. Very frustrating.

Perfectly polite friendly service at first but the current keycutter didn't seem to understand that for many locks, the key won't turn in the lock if the key is too short and attempts to educate her on my part when bringing back a failed key were labelled complaints. I will not use again.

I have just received the most excellent service from Holt Park Asda branch of Timpsons when I needed a replacement key. The manager there,Victoria, was so helpful, friendly & personable that I couldn’t have wished for better Customer Service ! She is a credit to your organisation. Well done !

Friendly quick service

I am giving 4 stars because every time I get here a very professional, polite, and friendly service from lovely staff, except for the last time when I sen my sons who are 12 and 10 years for passport photos and they brought very bad photos one with completely closed eyes and both very dark and shadows on there faces and she told them the photos are approved but she was lying, when I returned back to discuss the problem she was very rude and spent ages trying but it was clear that she didn’t have experience, at last I asked to return me back my money and gave here the bad photos, I went out of the shop after long time for nothing.

Nothing is too much trouble for Victoria. I had a couple of issues with passport pictures which were corrected straight away.Great service.(Holt Park Timpsons)
