I had the pleasure of visiting this pub and was truly blown away by the warm welcome from the landlady and landlord. Their genuine hospitality created a fantastic atmosphere that instantly made me and my family feel like regulars. The food was absolutely amazing! Each dish was a burst of flavor, clearly prepared with care. A delightful experience all around, thanks to the welcoming hosts and the mouthwatering food.

Nice pub near the river. There are tables in the front and a small courtyard to the rear of the pub.The staff are friendly and the food comforting.Prices are pretty reasonable.

Absolutely lovely pub to enjoy your time in, the atmosphere is only a 4 out of 5 but some nights it can be a 5. The staff are all so lovely and happy to have a chat with emaculate service. The food is great plus a breakfast menu to hopefully be introduced soon which I'm sure will be enjoyable for all. Only thing I would knock is no football which I feel is a big part of why a lot of people older and younger go to the pub/bar together also lack of a pool table is unfortunate as its a good way to pass time. Other than that it's a lovely and homely pub that I enjoy visiting, can't wait to see what the future brings.

This place will be a favourite for many moons as it's the first place my new fella took me for a quiet drink as I was getting upset with an anxiety attack. staff lovely. Sat by the canal, just getting to know each other before wandering to the wharf side and around Lincoln

Visited for a Sunday roast today, opted for a table by the canal lovely atmosphere, the food was absolutely delicious, generous portion size and excellent value for money! will definitely be visiting again soon.

I've been going to Lincoln for 4yrs and never went in to this place. Me and the wife went in on a Friday evening and they were serving fish and chips, well what can I say superb food, superb service. Just wished we had found it sooner as our daughter has now finished university here. So if your looking for something which is not a chain on the highstreet we highly recommend you go here.

Situated in a great location in the centre of Lincoln City. Bar staff were very pleasant when ordering drinks.The food experience was not so good. Food took a long time to come. The starters and main meals all came together (which was not requested, and staff never informed us it would come this way). It was all very disappointing and we would not eat here again. Management needs to review food delivery and overall quality, which was average at best.
