Came late evening on a Sunday whilst walking the dogs with friends. We were made to feel very welcome, dogs included. Hadn't booked but were able to order food. We had nachos, pizza and chips and couldn't fault anything. Will definitely ensure the walking route bypasses here again.

So lucky to have this wonderful pub nearby! We eat here usually once a week and have to say we love the friendly staff and tasty food (my partner also loves the local ales!). They are extremely welcoming to both people and dogs, and I have to say Wilson (our dog) loves the doggy dinners they serve!! Highly recommend the sunday dinners, chetham burger and the mince beef pie!

Not been since changed owners. Called in on a muggy Saturday walk for lunch. Glad we did .. Good food, lovely staff, proper beer at £4/pint . Really enjoyed it . Will be back

Following a family day out we needed to find somewhere to eat.... It was a busy Saturday afternoon yet the lovely people at the Cheetham made us very welcome. The food was amazing! Thank you so much for making our day very memorable xx

Absolutely lovely, welcoming and friendly pub. Dog friendly. The small plates menu is really great for those who want a bit of everything. My 3 dishes for £15 were so delicious. Freshly cooked. Beautifully presented. Very very tasty. The pub itself is a comfy cosy place. I would highly recommend.

Stopped in briefly for last orders. Friendly service. Nice decor - looks like a great little pub, located on the main street.Didn't have any food, so I can't comment on that.Would definitely visit again.

Ordered two meals both arrived, steak fine, steak pie tasted like tomatoe full of sugar defo not steak and ale, reordered another meal meanwhile my partner had finished eating, after 25 m8nutes we cancelled my meal paid our bill (after a slight disagreement) and left. This is the 3rd time now the food has been mediocre as if they've changed chefs. Wasn't even offered a free drink to compensate. Also the pub badly needs to update their bathroom facilities there absolutely disgusting and rhe smell of urine coming from the mens is even more disgusting. It's a shame cause I love this pub and the staff our great but put the money back into the business.

What a great pub!! The location is beautiful and a good find after walking around the reservoirs and countryside. Really delicious food and plenty of it! Great choice of drinks and of course real ale. Plenty of space inside and the beer garden, a lovely atmosphere and great service with a friendly smile. I will definitely be going back. By the way I had the rag pudding, chips, proper mushy peas and gravy and it was amazing, spot on.Oh I forgot to mention dog friendly too!
