Exceptionally professional from my initial telephone enquiry to completed job. I needed the main zip on my cricket bag fixed, the options and prices were explained clearly. The job was completed within 2 hours and to a very high standard. The staff member in the shop was friendly and very knowledgeable and skilled. I highly recommend this shop and have uncovered a gem.

Such a lovely shop. The staff are so helpful and their selection of curtain fabric samples is amazing. Curtains are beautifully made and fitted for you. Don't go anywhere else.

These women are magician's with a needle and cotton. Our family have been using them for alterations for years. We feel lucky to have them close by so our loved clothes can be worn for longer and not just thrown away when we loose or gain weight.

I went to Rags To Stitches asking for help to make my bridesmaids dress sit better. The ladies in there were so nice to me, they altered the top and even made the dress longer all at a very reasonable cost and completed so quickly to very high standards.I wanted to leave a review as they went that extra mile for me, offering to lead a shawl for the day and also giving general advice.I can't recommended them enough and will be using them again.Thank you.Sam Tarleton
