St Kildas Dental Practice

I feel like I've struck gold registering with this dental practice. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist is so so kind and welcoming. I have a fear of the dentist but don't feel anxious visiting here.

Mr Norris is an amazing dentist, and he actually listens when you tell him about some of your concerns. I’ve found other dentists to be quite dismissive. He helped with my problem with grinding of teeth in my sleep. Mr Norris is also the only dentist I’ve met who shines psychedelic lights on the ceilings and gives you sunglasses to wear during a check-up. All the dental nurses are cool too.

Great team; Chloe dental nurse is lovely, polite and great future.However severely marked down due to receptionist Kim. Clearly in need of basic customer service training. Dogs could learn how to bark at this dental surgery!!

I was a very nervous patient after having a bad experience elsewhere. I traveled 1 1/2 hrs to get here and I can honestly say it's the best dentist I have ever been too, I was treated with the up most respect, time was taken to explain things I was always being asked if I was ok. I have not a single negative other than I wish it wasn't so far away. Both children had no problems at all and usually my youngest is very nervous but just the way time was spent to explain everything they were doing made her at ease. I wish I'd found this dentist a lot sooner maybe my teeth would be in better shape as my anxiety about the dentist, after going through extremely painful treatments and feeling like I couldn't ask them to stop because everything was rushed due to me being NHS this dental practice is the total opposite, always ask if your ok to continue I really had a lovely experience and I know my anxiety going back will be a lot less knowing there's no judgement and I know what is happening and I know if something did get too painful they would stopJust to add the receptionist was lovely too.From 3 greatful patients
