I can't praise WCW enough. I have been using them for my supplies for a number of years and can only say good things. Good quality products. Always speedy replying to any questions and delivery of my order is always fast. My last order had one part that had broken in transit, it was sent out the following day via DPD and arrived the day after. 5 star service. I'd highly recommend them

Purchased a Phantom pole and brush kit for home use, my previous aluminium pole was getting heavy and didn't lock. Although not used yet(Hose Pipe ban) I will be using it soon, the locking system and hose fed pole will reach all windows, conservatory roof and fascia's. Service and delivery excellent, thank you.

I hope to be able to upgrade this to a 5 Star. Great delivery and kit seems good too. I bought a trolley and pole starter kit. But at present, I cant join the pole to the trolley - some connectors missing. Have phoned twice and been told parts are in the post - but nothing received. When they arrive - this will be a '5' as pleased with the kit otherwise.

After quite a few issues and delays I finally received my items Tom was a great help and got my issues sorted quickly. Even sent a replacement system when my system was not going to be ready. This replacement was quite a bit more money than the original system but WCW didn’t charge us the difference.

Only order online but after price comparing I buy resin from the cheapest site I can find with free delivery and either one of the competition or WCW are the cheapest. WCW was the cheapest this time. Delivery is always speedy and as per confirmation email. Other gear I have bought from them has always been of high quality including my tank, trad gear etc. Thanks for a good service appreciated.

I like the website and the products available. Can find mostly anything I need for my business in WCW. They are great to deal with. The only thing I dislike is the price sometimes compared to others Shops and the delivery cost for small things. Nevertheless I will continue shopping in WCW.
