Very disappointing. Workouts are incredibly repetitive, the warmup is usually the same, never tailored to the workout and the owner/coach doesn't actually coach/teach. Just stands there with his hands in his pockets, occasionally briefly explaining a movement but not really correcting it.Workouts start before everyone's arrived, no inquiries about injuries or limitations, no real sense of community, but they'll happily take your money.

Such a warm and friendly box run by two of the most welcoming owners I’ve met. I had a really good time during my drop in and will definitely be making the effort to return the next time I’m in MK. Best Box in town!
