Called for some advice on how to approach taking the step up from entering the cinematic drone hobby, and Martin's advice and honesty were absolutely top notch. Clearly very passionate and knowledgable; will be bringing my business back in the future.

Spoke to Martin was having problems configuring my Nazgul v2 in betaflight Martin sorted the issue an gave some good advice definitely worth the drive would definitely recommend

Great customer service!Messaged Martin as I wanted to try some fatshark goggles before buying, as quite a big investment for someone with wonky eyes! He Couldn't have been more helpful, demo'd the goggles, gave good advice and came away with new spanky new Dominators without any pressure. Will defo be back!

Mike and Martin at BYOD are the best, I have found over the years there help is indispensable, there knowledge is the best, from the first time I contacted then and purchasing a DJI F450 to setting up my now 3rd drone with A3 and Lightbridge 2, I know when I get stuck with a tech issue there is help, No other company will give or doesn’t offer this service, I will only buy form BYOD now, Any saving on the internet cannot outweigh the support Mike, Martin and Roy can offer. Met Martin himself hovering my drone nicely , Mr steele nicely if u can appreciate how good of a pilot this guy is , well his electronic skills are parallel, he flashed some stuff I messed up within a pint and a burger . Highly recommend this company and I will be useing them again. Also I crashed the same drone cpl times today maybe 3 , or I landed it perfectly in some trees .
