We order from here very regularly (once a fortnight on average for the past 6-7 years) and will continue to do so. The food is always hot, fresh, precise (we place large, complicated orders omitting or adding items) and of high quality ingredients. The lady who answers the phone is always pleasant and the delivery drivers are always friendly. Any negative reviews are typically 'attribution bias' (psychological phenomena whereby people/Karens are more likely to leave a negative review due to a one off experience....and most likely are having a bad day anyway). Anyway, thank you China Kitchen for another lovely dinner this evening and we'll call again very soon. :)

Seen all the negative reviews and had to show some love. People are quick to comment on a negative experience but don’t share the same passion when something is great. China Kitchen has never disappointed me in my many years of occasional visits. The food is always fresh and delicious and service from staff is always very pleasant.

One of my favourite Chinese takeaways great food fresh and bright food and spicy when it says it's meant to be. They are very flexible also if you want to adjust a dish although don't be silly in that respect people. If you've never tried it you're missing out.

Just ordered some food via just eat, food got here quickly and the delivery driver was nice. The food was hot on arrival, everyone enjoyed their food and my starter was OK I had duck. Although the sweet and sour chicken was absolutely vile, I put a mouthful in and nearly spat it all out! It was greasy didn't even smell like sweet and sour it was just disgusting I don't know what you've done to it but it needs to be changed

I went to China Kitchen tonight. I ordered steamed dim sun lemon chicken and special fried rice. She said ok 15 mins. I watched and waited for 55 mins while she served all her friends. I asked how much longer.She said oh my God do you want your food cooked or not. So as I had already paid I asked for a refund. She said I told you steamed dim sun takes 15 minutes at this point I just thought it's time to go. I asked once again for my money back and she said I was ungrateful. . CHINA KITCHEN

The rice and noodles is really Good. But when it comes to SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN DON'T RECOMMEND. It's really strong (weirdly) in sense and taste , looks like red chemical.And my belly really feels kinda strange after that food.Please be careful!

Ordered on line for collection and it said 20mins, Order took 40mins. Salt and pepper ribs had no taste. Sweet and sour chicken had lump of fatty meat.

Never had any issues with any of my orders, order regularly from here and food is always nice, fresh and hot. Super quick delivery too.

The food is okay. However, the order arrived 45 mins late, we called the restaurant twice (20 mins late and 35 mins late) and were told 10 mins the first time, and just that the driver had set off the second. The person on the other end was rude, and kept talking over me when I was asking about our order.Would not recommend, received our order almost 2 hours after ordering in the end. Should've ordered pizza.The delivery driver was friendly.

Absolutely disgraceful. Ordered a LARGE portion egg fried rice with separate chips and this is what we get to get told when we phone back they only do one portion instead of saying that in the first instance when I asked for large. Also asked for chicken pieces in honey and they sent a whole chicken breast. Wouldn’t even offer a refund when they done the order wrong and then put the phone down. So rude and the food looks disgraceful.
