Excellent service.Went hear looking for a certain lock, really helpful.Gave me some very good advice.Even let me take a lock home to see if it was the correct lock before paying, never known service like that considering I have never met the staff or used there service..Lock fit but didn't lock so took the lock back with the old lock and with some searching found the correct lock.Will definitely go back if I need a lock or locksmiths.

Highly recommend this company. Have needed them twice, for different locks. They were at our house within the hour and did the job quickly and efficiently. They even phoned us the following day, to ensure that all was well. Can't get better than that!! Thank you so much.

My dad has been using 'Les the lock' for years and always holds him in the highest regard. Just today I went in there to have a new key cut, as always Les was super friendly, seemed genuinely interested in our conversation and of course the key worked perfectly first time. Having used them for other locksmith services they have always been knowledgeable and reliable. Can not recommend them enough.

Five star isn’t enough for these guys I bought a pair brass handles a while ago they developed a fault yesterday I took them back to try and get them repaired or replaced had a phone call today(Under 24hrs) to say replacement were in ready to be collected no charge. Really nice guys couldn’t have been more helpful now a secure front door again a first class company well done.Many thanks TF.
