I cannot recommend James, Fauzia, Sandra and all other staff members at Sight care Opticians Willerby highly enough! In my experience they always 'go above and beyond' to offer the most professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service.They have supported me through having a cataract operation at a fairly young age, straightening out glasses I stood on, trialling contact lens to see if suitable and most recently removing a piece of contact lens that I had somehow got stuck at the back of my eye!!They have the most up to date equipment for taking pictures of the inside of the eye to diagnose potential eye and general health issues such as macular degeneration or diabetes, a wide range of stylish frames to choose from and give sound advice on eyecare problems such as 'dry eye' and eye strain.I will never go anywhere else as my eye health is so important to me.

Sightcare Opticians (Willerby) have been my regular opticians ever since they took over the practice some years ago here in Willerby. The standard of service continues to be excellent - always a friendly and reassuring welcome together with a professional approach explaining the eye examination and offering advice on choosing the most appropriate glasses or appropriate way forward. I recently had my first visit to Sightcare Opticians Willerby and at the end of the exam, I said to James that it was the best eye exam I’d ever had. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and uses the latest equipment, explaining every test in detail. He and staff are friendly, which put us at ease. This was my first visit to Sightcare opticians Willerby. What a great experience compared to my previous opticians. The lady who tested my eyes was very pleasant & friendly & explained the various tests that she carried out. Also informing me of the results. She found a foreign body in my left eye & asked if she might refer me to the eye hospital for further examination. That resulted in a foreign body being removed from my eye at the hospital. The reception staff were very professional & extremely helpful as I chose my frames & decided on the lenses that I wanted. Nothing was rushed. At all times the friendliness & desire to give an excellent service was paramount. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for an opticians.

These guys are proper 100% fabulous, The professionalism and information you receive is on par with the warm an friendly care taken with you to get your sight issues rectified, though its a business" there goal was me as a priority an not there bottom line! (its a tailor made deal) Their reception staff are accommodating and of the highest quality i even thought the reception chap was the Optometrist at one point.These guys got it spot on people(.Big shout to to Sight Care Willerby"

I take my 91 year old mother here. The staff are very friendly and patient with her, repeating what they're doing if necessary when she can't hear. They are mindful of her needs. Very professional and understanding with a wide range of frames of all prices to choose from

My eyes often present a challenge and recently there appeared to be a problem with my new prescription. I must have been back to the shop at least 10 times getting adjustments to the frames etc. Everybody in the shop was very courteous and helpful and and on review resolved my issues with the minimum of fuss (and no extra cost). They analysed the issue explaining everything at each stage making me feel comfortable and reassured.I have never had such a thorough and conscientious service and would recommend Sightcare.
