I cannot thank Elizabeth and her team enough for the wonderful experience we had in having a ring made for my son's engagement. From the moment we entered the door there was a professional and friendly ambience and the personal service given to ensure that everything was to speck and on time all added to the memorable occasion.

Sad to see that one of my favourite jewellers has permanently closed. Wishing you well

I cycled over 100 miles and happened to stop at the Cafe next door to Elizabeth Michaels on my half way point to sit and have some food and tea outside. Having reasonably placing my bike next to where we would sit (as I have done in numerous places all over the UK and Europe), and not touching their window I was quickly confronted and bluntly told to move my £2k bike elsewhere....totally unreasonable employee and damaging to the extremely nice looking cafe next door. I had no choice to go elsewhere!I planned on returning to this lovely looking town with my wife to go shopping however we shall not be going anywhere near Elizabeth Michaels!

Helped me find a ring for my 18th birthday present, the 2 ladies who helped me and my mum were lovely and really knew about the rings I was asking about. Will happily shop there again
