We’re so pleased with our new hot tub from London Essex Outdoor Living. From start to finish, the team (Mark, Guiseppe, Raffael and Brandon) helped us understand about the different hot tub models, did site visits to see positioning and designed and installed screening and steps. They managed the process from start to finish. It’s a big investment so you want to get it right and they did not pressure us into buying - we took several months to decide. Once installed, they came and filled the tub and gave us a full tutorial on the weekly water checks (which we filmed and use every week!). It’s non-chlorine so the checks take a bit of time but you get the hang of it quickly. It’s a bit of a luxury item but a lovely thing to have through the winter months and is getting regular usage. I’m sure you could buy cheaper but over time it may cost you more in heating. We had ice on the hot tub cover for several days recently which means it’s really well insulated as the heat isn’t escaping. It is expensive to run - around the cost of a Costa christmas coffee a day for us! - and we keep it at temperature so it’s always ready to get in. But if you’re willing to sacrifice the coffee, a hot tub is far better for your body and wellbeing! Would definitely recommend London Essex Outdoor Living if you’re considering buying a hot tub, they have a big range to look at in their showrooms and I believe you can even try one out at their Loughton centre, although we didn’t do this.

This company supplied and installed my 6m swim spa, there were many hi-cups along the way, one good thing was how they managed to install through the rear access of the house, I was impressed with that. However after that as I said not very impressed with the dig and dimensions. But even after having spent all this money, they left without any proper salutations, it’s like the job didn’t happen, they vanished. I found it very strange that there was no customer services follow up, no calls to see how we are getting on, no thank you for buying from them, and to this day some 4 months after the install no customer relations whatsoever, I wonder who did who the favour??? So if you like follow ups and customer relations, and support, my experience is very negative!???

I've enjoyed a very positive experience working with the team at London Essex Outdoor Living (especially Mark Woodward who's been great). At every stage they have been helpful and supportive, offering reassurance and advice. I am delighted thus far with the product also and would highly recommend this company to anyone also looking to purchase a swimspa or other outdoor facilities.

!!!!shocking after service and awful quality products !!!!!I am so disappointed with the after sales service I have received. They were very keen to take my money and tried to sell the most expensive of everything. They assured me that Beefeater BBQs are better than Weber but my Weber lasted 10 years and was in better shape than my Beefeater bbq after 1 year. The granite has cracked and I was told it was my fault when it clearly wasn’t. They are so slow to respond if they respond at all I have now waited a year and still haven’t got the extra stool I asked for.I wished I hadn’t ordered with them and that I had done more research.

Lat year we decided to install a swim spa and London Essex OL walked us through the process to make all the right decisions. The pre and post sales support provided has been excellent and we have been swimming since Christmas Eve. Kevin.

We engaged with Mark and the team at the start of the year with an idea of building an out door room. We did our homework and many cost comparison checks and kept coming back to London Essex Outdoor Living.The project has been well managed and communicated, the site teams have all been great, on time, had what they needed, worked long and hard days, did a great job and cleaned up whenever they left site.Along the way, there were some challenges due to Covid, the weather and some shipping delays, but these were out of the hands of the team and Taylor did her best to keep us up to date and set expectations.The overall job has been very professional, a couple of small snags that were corrected within a day or two of contacting Taylor, and we are very pleased with the result.The old garden was a patch of mud, now its an impressive, clean, stylish building and decking.It looks amazing and I would be happy to recommend Mark, Darren, Taylor, Gavin and the whole team to deliver you a beautiful space to enjoy outdoor living.
