A very nice apartment with an amazing location right in the town centre and with parking. Don't know where all the bad mediocre reviews come from. It's an old building with loads of character and well furnished. Yes it's not perfect but it's an old building, that's all. I would definitely stay again without hesitation.

We stayed in a 2 person apartment on the first floor. The bedroom was a good size with plenty of wardrobe and bedside cabinet space. It was clean and quality of fixtures was high. However the view from the bedroom window wasn’t great and when it rained the glass roof was pretty noisy. The outside woodwork could have done with some maintenance. The kitchen/dining room was quite small. Great for breakfasts but not ideal for relaxing in the evening. Shower was a good size but lacked somewhere to store shampoo etc. Location of apartment is right in centre of Exeter and there were no car parking charges for the duration. I think the accommodation was overpriced but having seen hotel prices in Exeter in August - this is the going rate.

Worst ever experience.1. Unfriendly landlord. You will be answered within 3 days. does not pick up the phone at all.2. No fire alarm (they are removed)3. Weak water pressure in the shower4. During my stay, the boiler broke down. in the place where it is located there are rats (seen by their droppings). I stayed 2 weeks without hot water and heat.5. No soundproofing at all6. When you open the windows, insects will immediately fly inside. had to buy a mosquito net.7. You will not get your deposit back!!! Never pay anything if they ask to!8. Dirty room (broken handles, dirty walls)9. Landlord hates people based on their race. After I asked to get my deposit back I faced hate speech.

decent rooms and location, terrible service. I was informed by the owner only hours before my arrival to Exeter that I will be staying in a different place for a maximum of three weeks, which eventually extended to 9 weeks! Apart from the fact that the temporary place was horrible, the owner seemed to care very little about the situation given that he was receiving his money anyway, he also constantly ignored my messages when I asked when I will be moved to the actual place I booked and he would give me inaccurate dates when he answered. Oh, and 1 of the 3 weeks I stayed in the apartment, the WiFi did not work. It basically felt like a rip-off. As long as the owner is the same, I would not recommend the place

Nice apartment. Clean, well-presented, decent amenities.We had a nice apartment, but the noise from clubbers spoilt it.If you're planning a stay, avoid the weekend.

the apartment was large, and in the good location. However for the price of a deluxe room i expected nice finishing and some character . The bathroom was large, but water pressure very weak. I'd rather stay in a hotel next time.windows were dirty and covered in bird poo

Roomy apartment suitable for self catering with open plan kitchen /dining/lounge area. Fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Oven and hob. Large shower room.. TV in lounge and bedroom. Good location near city centre within walking distance from Exeter Central railway station.

Because you can't get in. The owner does not communicate and they do not provide you with a room number or access code. The phone number does not work and there is no reception. They do not refund.
