Extremely disappointed, used the cafe, staff unhelpful, don't cater for allergies, other branches do, bacon barely cooked. Avoid, drive a few miles further.

No matter what time of day I visit this store there’s never, ever any hand baskets at the front of the store or any of the small trolleys!!!! As a customer I shouldn’t have to traipse around a shop to find a basket!!!!

Great store. Sells fuel/ has a restaurant with a microwave to warm babies feed. The breakfasts are to die for. plenty of parking including disabled spaces. Easy access/ toilets. There is even a section for party balloons cards etc. There is no chemist though. Outside is ATM machines.

My sister who suffers with anxiety was totally humiliated in this stir by a security guard called Adam when going out of the store she was approached by him he said I’ve told you before you have been banned from coming in here 6 years ago she was so shaken she said I’ve never robbed in my life she then showed him her driving license which he ignored then she went over to the manager who said what do u want me do my sister is so frightened to go back in to the store absolutely disgusting

Just been to the milehouse store for a spot of shopping and thought we would get a bit of lunch really wish we hadn't bothered I had there steak pie and mash what I received was a decent pie I spoon of mushy peas and 1 spoon of mash well they say mash potatoes but I am convinced it was instant mash as when you tipped the jug of coloured water over oh sorry gravy the mash dissolved into it will I be returning to morrisons definitely not

We go to the cafe every week. For the last few weeks the coffee machine has not been working. However instant coffee has been provided so that you can make your own. This week the coffee machine is still not working and even the hot water is now defunct. So no hot drinks at all. Absolutely abysmal for a busy cafe. Surely it does not take this long to either fix or buy a new machine. But the staff dont seem bothered

We think this is One of the super shops that is well worth a visit not only to do your food shopping even though they have a great selection of items but all the other things such as clothes electrical items for the kitchen or entertainment don't forget about the cafe in the store with its excellent choice of food and drinks and once you get out side you can go and get the car filled with fuel and what ever else it needs.
