Not a very good practice, we used to be registered with another practice that was brilliant that closed down after our GP of many years retired. My thoughts they take on people but don't really have the capacity to deliver quality service. My mother was bounced around for months when she was unwell, only to be diagnosed late with a serious disease. We complained, but they protected each other and hid the truth and would not accept any wrong doings or at the least lessons which would help other patients!! Initially they said that they would listen to the phone calls with the GP's that my mother had with them, and then they suddenly couldn't access some of the recordings which would have proved that my mother gave the GP's all information which they never bothered to act on or refer her to a Specialist!!We managed to moved her to another surgery who have looked after her very well. Because their actions (Great bridge partnerships), my mother continues to need a very intensive treatment programme and her life will never be the same again. And there was zero acknowledgment or apology from the partnerships for the horrible service they provided.I have also had many problems with the practice, you can never get an appointment for an unwell child, they give you dates two weeks away for a child who has a high temperature!! I called today as my daughter has sticky and she needed a prescription for eye drops, the phone was busy all day long!!!! Ended up going to the walk in centre where we spent 2 hours waiting.I will be moving myself and the rest of my family to another practice. Just here to warn other to avoid this surgery, really really dangerous practice and there's ZERO accountability therefore they will never learn or improve!! its a shame I can't put a rating of zero, to give it a 1 is even an overstatement!

Waited over an hour whilst being number 2 in the queue and no response, can’t book appointments on app or get repeat prescriptions

This GP surgery messes you around - appointments kept getting rescheduling because of incompetent doctors who cannot sign a prescription. One receptionist tells you their printer doesn't work which is ridiculous and the other tells you the doctor is having his dinner. Was told to come in for a vaccination without booking an appointment but turned up after chasing two different pharmacies due to the fault of the GP only to be told that appointments need to be booked. From the 18th of May, Sarah Lewis has been incompetent in signing a simple prescription - they fully block their clinics with 20-minute appointments for something that takes 2 minutes to avoid seeing patients whilst they're closed off in their rooms refusing to see patients. And then you have days where there no zero doctors in the building and on these days you wait hours on a call just to be told they don't have a GP. The NHS already cannot afford to have a GP in everyday but clinics are blocked and the GPs think they can afford to waste time doing nothing whilst there are patients having to run around pharmacies which can be easily resolved if the GPs just did their job. The receptionists also have the audacity to tell patients to go to different clinics and tell them it isn't far" - they don't care about their patients and want to sit on their arses all day without lifting a finger. Pathetic. If we could give zero stars we would."

The receptionists are rude, you call the surgery just to be answered by rude staff who lack empathy. They say to call at 8am, yet you never get through till about one hour later to hear We have no more appointments left

Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with this surgery. Not only the service provided by the GP,s but the receptionist are diabolical also. I have been a patient, along with the rest of my family for over 30 years... so I say this now with conviction. Disgusted! Disgusted! Disgusted!

I have been with this surgery for years now every time I call in for a appointment for my 2 year old i am told there is no appointment phone 111 or go to a walking centre but the heartbreaking part for me was when I was going through a miscarriage and I phoned the surgery and the receptionist arguing with me and told me the hospital you shouldn't be phoning us... no compassion or care just made me fell like I wasn't worth 2 minutes of her time.. I did not want to give a 1 star but unfortunately you can not give 0 star.

I already knew to expect 0% customer service and 100% “can’t be arsed” attitude when phoning this surgery to book an appointment. Dread talking to the deadheads answering the phones it’s embarrassing how bad they act. They think answering bluntly with barely information is going to get them anywhere, how about learn to elaborate and provide adequate information and maybe you wouldn’t be struggling to get through the queue of people on the calls! You will then prevent 100 questions to get a simple answer which will then cut the time of the calls smart arses. I definitely feel like they are doing it on purpose but Emma answered to the wrong customer today because I was not having it!

Wone of the worst surgeries ever. There is never enpugh doctors and you have to wait for appointment for over 3 weeks. There is not a chance to get through to them in the morning to get emergency appointment, if you lucky then there is already no more appointments at 8.05am. You had to go there to book one before 8am. Now with the pandemic is even worse, been trying to call for over a week now and cant get through. Been on phone and been 20th in the queue. It goes really slow then when you are close it just hangs up. After trying to call I have decided to go in and speak to someone, but surgery is closed only opens for appointments. You can speak to staff over intercom, but not much helpful as woman keeps saying please call to book appointmwnt even though you have been telling her you cant get through. Like a broken record. Finally when she noticed i wont leave she took my details and said they will call me to book appointment. But now i can see it was just to shut me up and so I leave, as few days passed and nobody contacted me. I am very disappointed. Also a situation from before that the GP dont know his name was laughing when listening to patients symptoms. Very very bad practice. There is only one nice receptionist, I am sorry but I do not know ladys name, but she is black. She is the only one helpful and has some manners. Doesnt look at you like another stupid patient.

Absolutely disgraceful service. How a qualified practitioner will just write off a patient before even looking at them beggers believe. How patronising of some of the Practitioner to think they know your symptoms when you are trying to them your peculiar condition only to find they are actually on Google search for information!!! What happened to all the studies in medical school!!!!Thanks to the receptionist today who came to our rescue, otherwise we would have been sent out even though we were still within our time of appointment!!!( not that I was going anywhere without being seen. !!!)to wait for another appointment for the same condition.Clearly they dont really care about the patients that much.
