We have recently purchased a property via Carter Jonas and cannot recommend them enough. Lisa Byron helped and supported us throughout the process that wasn't an easy one. Lisa and team went over and beyond to keep us informed and helped ensure the sale went through. I have no hesitation to recommend Carter Jonas Northampton.

We have used Carter Jonas for both the sale and purchase of properties in Northampton. On both occasions Carter Jonas (and Lisa in particular) have been outstanding. The company have a great knowledge of the local area, and Lisa was the most patient, supportive, understanding and proactive person you could wish to deal with.We had some trying moments with our lender and Carter Jonas went the extra mile to help understand and resolve the issues.All in all - top class. Having had Carter Jonas as the estate agents when we bought our property 5 years ago, when we came to sell we didn't hesitate to use them again. We found them to be consistently professional, friendly and excellent at keeping us up to date and informed. Lisa Byron is an absolute star and took all of the stress and worry out of selling our property. The service provided by Carter Jonas and in particular, Christine and Vanessa has been exceptional from the first engagement to the exchange.We received several valuations, some lower and some higher and Christine was honest with the valuation and the type of buyer that our property would attract.The photography is what brings potential buyers through the door and they were highly impressive. It's the knowledge of the area, property, enthusiasm etc. that persuades the buyer and its the experience that pushes the property from offer to contract.It's got to be remembered that a property isn't sold until contracts are exchanged and whether its a phone call in hours, out of hours, on annual leave or email the support is there.We would happily use Carter Jonas again.

We were buying and selling through Carter Jonas. For selling they came out promptly, knew the market and had good photos taken. We quickly had 9 viewers and Carter Jonas showed the people round the property. An offer was quickly made and accepted. There were a number of difficulties along the way but Lisa remained very positive and guided us through. When we viewed the house which we were purchasing we were told that an induction hob was fitted and a conversation about correct saucepans was had with the Carter Jonas rep. It wasn't until we moved in that we found that the hob was not induction which was a big disappointment. We have commented but it is not yet resolved. Overall we were pleased with the service we received from Carter Jonas.

Every step of the way in purchasing our dream home - Lisa was and is exceptional with not only dealing with the purchase side of the property but also with the sale side. The Conveyancing team, Right Choice Conveyancing, also expressed how professional Lisa was and did not over engage but only when required, a huge plus for the conveyancers. 5 stars + and wouldn't hesitate in using your services again should the need ever arise.Thank you and the team - just fantastic!.
