Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Leigh-on-Sea

This guys doesn't know what they doing, I got 2 pairs of reading glasses, one for home and one for work but the pair for work they can't be used, I see my own face reflected on inside of glasses. When I asked about the problem they said I was told about the computer coating protection but what does anything to do with the inside reflection? Guess what i had a second visit for my mum and they lost one of the reading glasses, good staff!!!

Visited Leigh branch recently for an eye test. The test itself was fine and the optician professional although not overly chatty.The greeting on arrival and general attitude of the member of staff who dealt with me was appalling. It felt like it was above him to serve me and that I was something on the bottom of his shoe. This branch in particular needs to provide customer service training to their staff so a customer feels welcome and valued. Will not be going back there as I would be unable to keep my comments to myself if I experienced that again. The service levels in this country have slipped severely over recent years, if you don’t want to serve people, find another line of work.

I had to change the lenses 3 times (partly my fault) to get it right and the staff couldn't of been more helpful! Thank you Hanah (Manager) and your staff.

I can thoroughly recommend Specsavers in Leigh. The staff are an absolute pleasure and the equipment is all up-to-date and clean. Last year I was referred to the eye hospital by the ophthalmologist and since then I know of two other customers who have had referrals for different health conditions. Fantastic service.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the optician explained to my mother in law why glasses would not help her condition and how her eyes became like they have, this helped a lot as a professional went into detail instead of us telling her so she now believes what was said and isn't moaning as much

My husband, my step son and myself had eye tests and glasses at this opticians in the last year. We all ad different eye problems, but each of us have been very pleased with the service. All opticians and administrative staff are very professional, helpful and have been doing their best to accommodate our needs and requests. Definitely reccomend this shop.
