Cracked the back camera lens of my iPhone. I came to oops it after being recommended to them by many people on social media. The service was brilliant and the kind man was able to get it all fixed within an hour. Was happy with the price too. Overall, fantastic service and result and will definitely be using them again for any future issues!

I contacted Oops! IT because my daughter had been messing about with my Iphone which was then frozen and would not open. I went into the shop and within half an hour the phone was totally fixed. Brilliant service, thank you!

OOPSIT is a fabulous little shop in the heart of Buntingford. The guy that runs it is very skilled and also very kind. It is not expensive and will fix most problems with phones, tablets and Smart watches. He helped me reconnect my mobile phone and my Smartwatch when I got stuck after the clocks went back. In the past he has fixed a problem with my Tablet. Thank you!

Technical expertise and no problem attitude makes visiting the shop a positive experience. I do not live near to the business but I always go there as I know my phone will be fixed without any hassle and without feeling I’ve been overcharged for replacement parts or for the work carried out.

Went in to oops it with my daughters phone that had the charger wedged in. Andy got it fixed really fast and supplied us with a new charger too. 5 star service.
