R&D Security

great security guards. so helpful and not at all aggressive.my friends and i where having a party in the Normandy hotel to celebrate a birthday. during the night one of my friends became to ill. the security guards went straight into action. they helped our friend to their feet and assisted him to his room where he was staying. he had lost his key and one of the security staff got him a new key without any problems. even after the night had ended they came back to the room to check that he was ok and if we needed any further assistance.really great guys and obviously well trained as they made sure that not only was my friend ok but the other members of our party where ok.they had to deal with a few people that night but what i seen is that they are respectful and patient with the customers and happy to have a laugh and joke with some of the older people which where at the tribute. honestly well impressed. i contacted the Normandy hotel manager in the morning and told him his security team where amazing. will be definitely be back as it was a fantastic night and made even better by the security staff and how they helped.wish all security staff where like that on a night out.
