Shame there's no online shopping anymore. Impossible for me to leave a review for in store as I can't physically shop in ANY stores due to disabilities. ALL my shopping is online. I cant say how good it is from visiting 10 years ago can I?

For the most part I have good experiences here, a few bad days, but everyone has bad days. My dissertation and final performance booklets were bound and printed and the lady helping me was particularly attentive. Some stuff is reasonably priced, some not so much. Ink cartridges, art and craft supplies all available. . .

Since posting my previous review,I have been contacted by Osborne who apologized for the attitude of their shop assistant and offered to exchange the faulty printer cartridge which has now been done.I am impressed that Osbornes contacted me promptly and will continue to purchase products from them.This company refused to exchange a faulty printer cartridge on the basis that I had opened the package and used the cartridge.How was I to know the cartidge was faulty unless I tried it? I should be very careful if you decide to use this company.

It's a tiny little store which is my absolute go-to for affordable stationary. The prices are cheap but the products are good quality. I have bought a lot of canvases from here for my art work and they were such good quality; no matter the size (and there is a huge range of sizes). It's quiet a lot of times that I have been there which is really nice for someone who kind of doesn't like bumping into a lot of people.

This shop is a great asset to Harborne High street. It is mainly because of a competent staff. They are very helpful and create the right atmosphere in this shop. We make use of their email facility and photocopies a lot; it’s always done in a professional way and quick. They make it comfortable for us NOT to have these facilities at home. Thanks Allan and ladies.

These guys are extremely expensive,I had printed some documents maybe 14 pages, the total print cost come to a round £13. I was truly shocked as these documents that I had printed on A4, they're not worth that kind of money.I didn't realise how much it would have cost me or otherwise I would have cancelled the process, I would highly recommend you ask how much it costs before purchasing anything at Osborne stationeries.

Really happy to shop at Osbornes. A huge selection of items and an impressive printing service. I needed a sticky label for a courier and packing slip, no worries whatsoever and a simple email from my phone was all that was needed. Will be coming back soon!

The staff- except for maybe for a specific lady- is unbelievably rude. Maybe if people were not so rude, the place would not have such a bad reputation. Even though it is such an expensive place, that is the least of their problems. It's really sad, cause everyone wants to support local businesses generally, but not if people are treating customers that way. Nobody takes 10' of their lives to write a bad review for a local business unless they have been repeatedly disappointed
