Purchased my new used car from salesman Ashlee. Everything was great initially. However then the problems started within days. Vehicle air con had nasty stench. Vehicle returned to remedy. Whilst being fixed the car was then scratched in several places. Heating also now not working. Vehicle again returned to be fixed. Month later engine management light and other warning lights came on. Spoke to dealership and was told my purchase had NO WARRANTY with it. I explained the salesman at point of purchase categorically told me the vehicle came with a warranty as it was a used nissan vehicle. Now waiting for this to be fixed. Very poor customer service. May have to be at my expense as salesman lied. Vehicles are sold without warranty cover yet you are told the opposite. Unless you purchase a warranty. Buy with caution get everything in writing. Do not believe or rely on the salesperson as l did. I refused PCP etc and paid cash. I reiterate no warranty despite being told the opposite.

Ash is absolutely incredible. An awesome, down to earth guy with manners and a real passion for cars. Took the time to educate us rather than just sell sell sell and went more than the extra mile for us. At every step he reassured us, answered all of our questions and made buying our first car what it should be: a damn good time. Thank you Ash (and Rob too, another absolute star) for everything. We couldn’t thank you enough for all your help and for restoring our faith in car salesmen!

Picked up my mg4 trophy yesterday and I am absolutely in love. The volcano orange colour is just amazing. The car feels great, jam packed with tons of features (which I am still learning). James did an amazing job throughout the whole process, just fantastic service all around. Could not recommend more highly.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Laura and the team at MG Sandicliffe Nottingham! We purchased our first Tesla Model 3 from the dealer and felt really looked after. Laura was very patient with all of our questions and was a great help when it came to replacing our windscreen shortly after we picked up the car. First class service all round and highly-recommended!

Just want to say a massive thank you to Ashlee, I was so unsure on what I needed to do as my old car was no good. I turned up he came out to me asked if we was being seen to he was doing something else and then taken us inside. He was very helpful from the beginning to the end he has fount me the most amazing car for a really good price. I was unsure with what was best to do as I’ve never done this before. He went through each one finance pcp etc. Then we went on to which one was the best for my needs, if I need any help In the future it will be Ashlee I would turn to, I had a issue with the windscreen and he sorted it out for me straight away. And now I’m over the moon with my perfect car. And most definitely will be recommending him to any of my friends and family. Such a bubbly guy and made me feel at ease through out the experience which is good for me as I suffer anxiety and felt so calm and comfortable.So thank you again Ashlee definitely go above and beyond.And will see you in the near future.
