Bought a van from these people and an extended warranty via car care plan. Almost straight away things started going wrong with the van. Error messages coming up every 2/3 weeks. Whenever I try to book the van in, if I manage to get through it’s always a 3 or 4 week wait to fix a problem with the van that I bought from them. How are you supposed to not work for 4 weeks?? Staff generally rude and abrupt and really couldn’t care less.

Polite staff, awful delays, awful experience.As marshall vauxhall of peterborough is the only garage and dealership in my area that services EVs, I have unfortunately been to them several times over the last year. The reception staff has always been polite on the occasions I've had chance to speak to them, usually after being placed on a lengthy hold, disconnected from the line, or both. When I've serviced my car with them or had it in for repairs, there are consistent delays of several weeks to over a month before they could fit me in" followed by further delays getting my car back. I might have thought that such a busy service department might have hired on additional technicians

Test drove a car and was interested in buying it. They just needed to clarify something for me but in the meantime someone else bought it. I only found out someone had bought it after seeing it removed from Autotrader and then eventually it went off their website. The salesman didn’t have the courtesy to call me to tell me it was sold. Not good customer service at all, put me off ever returning there

Ivan has been so friendly and helpful during the process of trading in my old car for a different model. Kept me updated throughout and he made the experience enjoyable.

Ivan was very helpful in dealing with me. Asked all the right questions. Made the whole process so seamless. Top guy. He does look after you and cares for your what you want. He listens to your needs and points you in the right direction. Would definitely recommend for him to look after you

Was seen to by Ivan who was very approachable and made the car buying processes very easy and stress free! From test driving the car to finalising the purchase only took a week. Couldn’t recommend the garage more

My wife’s car was recalled, we took it to the dealership. We were told that they would call us once the part arrived to fix the recall. We called after waiting 1 month for a call back. The dealership said the part had not arrived yet. We called 3 more times in the next month, and they said the parts had still not arrived. My wife was driving on the motorway when the axle snapped due to the recall, this almost caused a wreck. This incident was avoidable and could have been prevented had the dealership not put us in an unsafe vehicle. The car was towed to the dealership sat there for 2 weeks, they fixed the recall and returned the car. When we picked up the car we drove out of the dealership, multiple sensors lights were displaying, and the power steering wasn’t working. This made it very difficult to control the car, which almost caused a wreck again. We immediately returned the car within 10 minutes of picking it up. Our car has been at the dealership for an additional month waiting for more parts. We have called multiple times and haven’t received any response as to when the car will be available.

Had a great experience here today, had issues getting a mot so the service guys took it to another garage and provided me a courtesy car at short notice. Adam and Ryan were so helpful, I would come back here again. 1st class service.
