Visited the Bitterne site as needed a mot and a couple small bits, Steve was great and managed to fit me in and sort everything. Great customer service and knowledge, will definitely be booking again.

My car arrived at your branch on the back of a Ravencroft break down lorry, it was unloaded parked up, I wrnt straight into reception the admin was sorted I sat in the customer's area it took 20 minutes to replace the flat tyre, pay and out the doorback on the roadOne happy customer, I'll be back and recommend kwik Fit thank you xx

Kwik Fit were so so helpful when I had issues with a blocked vent on my car! Was so convenient around my hectic schedule and I was made to feel really reassured! Steve was fantastic, really went above and beyond, even working through his lunch break to get it finished for me! If I could leave him a ten star review I would, well done Kwik Fit Bitterne!!

Excellent service from Steve. Knowledgeable, professional and extremely clear as to the work required. The clarity is so useful when making decisions about older cars.Went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned and while Kwik Fit prices can be a little more (sometimes), I will always use them due to their extremely professional service.

Fantastic service from Sergio today. I picked up a screw in my tyre and dropped by on the chance they could help. Sergio removed the screw, patched up my tyre, checked pressures and sensors and had me back on the road in no time. Thank you!

Booked in for a tyre change. All booked and paid online. The whole process was simple and fast.The guys on site were great, accepted car at the right time, it took just as long as they said it would and I had car back when I expected.The whole thing was painless and a good experience.

Incredible service last Saturday, Sergio and Joe were so helpful and professional.I phoned ahead to ensure they have space and Sergio was friendly and reassuring on the phone.When I arrived Joe was super quick at looking at the puncture and incredibly fast to fix it.Overall excellent customer service service, friendly and welcomingI would highly recommend this Kwik fit Bitterne! We will ensure we return with any further car problems.

Free brake check was not carried out. Time of appointment was at 5pm. After arriving 10 mins before promptly, was told could take anywhere up to close time to fit 4 tyres. Work completed at 6.20pm.
