Not happy :((Booked online for 1st appointment with them, got there today and the brash receptionist said, no we dont have you booked due to our technical managers being rubbish at their jobs and not updating the site to show we are not taking on anymore clients. she said she had emailed me to let me know and thats also not true, thanks for wasting my afternoon and £20 of taxi money.What about a good old fashioned phone call?? too much to ask??

Went in to have two teeth pulled out, i was incredibly nervous and even cried a little bit but my dentist and the nurse gave me a great prep talk and explained everything. Definitely made the experience less scary for me, thanks guys :)
