Very unprofessional unorganized wouldn't recommend trying to work there

Lovely place,staff are amazing make you feel so welcome

Would give 0 stars if I could. Poor treatment of staff members, lack of confidentiality and respect. Definitely would not recommend especially after speaking with a few new and old members of staff.

To be honest loxely court is an Amazing home, very much better than many other homes in England. I do not know the people writing about poor treatment of staff. I have worked with a couple of homes and i must say they are good. Go to homes who enslave workers making them do one carers and one senior who still have to do medication rounds to 20 residents. Here it's 5 carers to 7 or 8 residents, tell me what is better than that. I have applied a couple of times and wasn't taken because i work with Agency and thr probably don't want to pay my Agency, but it doesn't stop me from writing what i know is the truth. You are doing well guys simple!!!!.
