My Closing the Bones treatment with Julie was amazing! I was apprehensive about whether I needed to spend on myself at first but I am so glad that I did! I came into the room feeling like a tired shell and left feeling full and replenished. Thank you Julie for your healing touch and for providing the space to find me again. I would highly recommend this treatment to all new mummy's.

So far I have attended Julie's Prenatal Yoga and Baby Massage classes. There's a good reason Julie's classes are a bit pricier than other similar courses, she's really good at what she does. She has taken great care to present what she's teaching in a very easy to remember format and is also very understanding and very supportive towards the mummies and mummies-to-be she teaches! By doing these classes, I've also gained a tribe of fellow mummy friends, which has been such a help in these early days of motherhood. Thanks Julie!

I have really enjoyed the online yoga sessions, it makes me stop for an hour to really relax and bond with my daughter. It has been nice having the interaction with other families especially when face to face classes have not been able to run.Julie is brilliant at what she does and accommodates all situations, for example if baby sleeping or upset she will offer alternative positions. Julie also gives tips if our babies are a bit upset, have wind etc which really

In August 2020 I experienced an incredibly traumatic birth with my son that resulted in a full blood transfusion and time in ICU, along with an extended period in hospital away from him. Once I got home, rather than enjoying my new born I was beginning to experience increasing anxiety, fear and depression. A number of friends had recommended Julie and I was also aware of her work from the yoga community, so I approached her for some support.Upon meeting I immediately felt at ease-Julie has an incredibly warm, nurturing and kind soul and welcomed me with open arms. We spent time talking through my experience before working through some of the physical and psychological effects of childbirth. Her hands-on approach was incredibly nurturing and I felt truly heard and held. She truly is a Mother in every sense of the word and I can't recommend her highly enough to expectant and new mothers.

Julie’s pregnancy yoga was a fantastic experience for me. Julie provided a really safe, calm environment where you can be open about your fears and anxieties and I always left the class feeling so uplifted and positive! Thank you Julie for bringing me out of my shell and helping me to enjoy movement in my pregnancy.

Julie is a total ray of sunshine! I started off doing baby yoga with my very wiggly 10 week old. Julie was so calm and supportive, nothing phased her, she created a beautiful space where you could take a breath, bond with your baby and meet other mummies. Once my wiggler was walking, I started family yoga. I even persuaded hubby and my 3 year old (best described as feral) to give it a go. Again, Julie created a safe space for family fun, children toddling/charging everywhere, dipping in and out and joing in how they wanted to. And it was great! A beautiful organic and generally lovely session. Seriously, you need Julie in your life!!

I signed up to Julie's baby massage class when my baby was 5 weeks old. I had hopes that the massage would help with her trapped wind, and if not, at least it would get us out of the house once a week and meeting other mums & babies. What I wasn't expecting was for it to develop into such an important bonding experience for me and my baby. Previously, the contact time we were having all felt weighted with responsibility; feeding, winding, changing etc. Massage became a special time for the two of us to really get to know each other and have some fun. I learnt so much about my baby, her reflexes and natural responses. We have continued to sing the songs and do the movements at home and will probably do so forever. For that reason alone I cannot recommend Julie's baby massage enough. Of course the techniques we learned did help with the wind and we also met some lovely mums (and dads) and babies too. Not to mention Julie, who's passion and knowledge are second to none!

All 3 of my babies have been lucky enough to know Julie through pregnancy yoga, her massage and nurture classes and, as they got older baby and then family yoga! They are a fantastic way to get to know your baby, and both the massage and yoga classes improve your confidence with handling, holding and caring for your little one. The friendship and support offered by both Julie and the other mummies in a group is wonderful - nonjudgemental, candid and, above all, supportive. Get yourself there!
